Why did you start RIIICO?

Back in 2021, we started RIIICO in the middle of COVID-19: The manufacturing industry had to reinvent itself. Remote engineering and digitalized workflows became vital needs of our industry. Combined with the upcoming revolution in reality-capturing techniques, the timing for us just felt right.

What do you love about the team at RIIICO?

Starting the company with just two restless friends from university, it is imposing to see what it transformed into in such a short period: A team of diverse but at the same time like-minded superstars from around the globe. Working with that team, you will be impressed by how fast unique concepts become vivid in just days.

What do you like about working at RIIICO?

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I joined this startup. But from day one, I was impressed by the level of responsibility and autonomy I was given. I get to work on challenging tasks handling large amounts of data. The team is passionate and driven, and we all work together to achieve our goals. I’m excited to be part of a company that is changing the game in the manufacturing industry.

Who are you and what do you do?

Patrick, Co-Founder & CTO – I guide our tech development & research, solving the challenges our customers and product vision pose for us.

Why did you start RIIICO?

With the rise of 3d scanning technology and breakthroughs in deep learning, we found a great fit to tackle the problems of modern manufacturing. We knew it was an incredibly complex domain and task, but we saw the path. 3D data, AI research & industry applications – it was all there and just needed to be conjoined.

What do you love about the team at RIIICO?

We don’t stop at problems we don’t have an immediate solution for. When we know we need to get something solved, we work together and push through – until the problem is solved, the feature is developed, the bugs are fixed.

What do you like about working at RIIICO?

My favorite thing about working at RIIICO is having ownership of what I do. This goes along with the many learning opportunities from doing something new every day and a team from whom I can learn a lot. An atmosphere of open communication within the team makes all this a lot easier.

Why did you start RIIICO?

Manufacturing is one of the most vital parts of the German economy. From small to large factories, over the past years, many have seen increasing challenges such as an aging workforce and frequent changes in customer demand. I wanted to contribute to finding an innovative solution by creating a product-focused, customer-centric company that keeps up with the fast-changing manufacturing environments.

We pride ourselves on having a people-driven team culture with a strong customer-first approach. Our international all-stars team is eager to change the world of manufacturing bringing tons of brilliant and creative ideas to the company.

What do you like about working at RIIICO?

Working at RIIICO really sparked my entrepreneurial spirit. I am working on a variety of tasks getting valuable insights into hands-on business and product development in the context of a subscription-based deep-tech business model. This is particularly engaging as the team brings in a unique set of skills making it possible to tackle difficult obstacles together on a daily base.

As part of the team at RIIICO, I am at the fore-front of the new age industrial revolution. Being part of the AI team we work on a lot of problems whose solutions can be hard to find but also ground breaking when solved.
